the air conditioning worked as expected. this was helpful given the time of year.
the room cleaning was not thorough. i noticed dust accumulation in corners, especially near the floor. also, the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was inconvenient. i had to go down to the lobby for a simple cup of coffee.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a great selection at the buffet. It had everything I needed to start my day!
The room did not have ventilation in the bathroom, so there was mold on the ceiling. I think this needs to be addressed. cleaning wasn't so good.

The staff were amazing and very friendly!!! The breakfast was also great with a lot of options. The location is fine, about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the center. You can also get a tram in just a few minutes around the corner.
The cleaning was not so good. The bathroom did not have ventilation. We noticed some mold on the ceiling probably because of that.

The location rules! it's super close to the subway, i love that. plus, breakfast rocked. It was a classical buffet. friendly staff were a total bonus. They were all smiles and super helpful.
The cleaning, yeah, not the best, i gotta say. the bathroom had zero ventilation, and i saw mold on the ceiling, bummer. it probably grew because of the lack of air flow. I didn't like that.

the room was clean, and the location was good for getting around.
The breakfast was a letdown. it was quite limited. our room faced the street, and it got noisy at night. also, the curtains were not blackout. Daylight streamed into the room early.
